Deadpool and Wolverine Team Up in New Film
First Solo Spinoff of X-Men Franchise
Hugh Jackman and Ryan Reynolds Set to Star
The upcoming film "Deadpool and Wolverine" will be the first solo spinoff of the lucrative X-Men film trilogy. The film will feature Hugh Jackman reprising his role as Wolverine, with Ryan Reynolds joining the cast as Deadpool. The Deadpool Corps, a team of Deadpool variants, have also been featured in recent trailers for the film.
"Deadpool and Wolverine" is scheduled to be released in 2023. The film is directed by Shawn Levy and written by Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick. The film is produced by 20th Century Fox.
